Path to Scholarships®
Elementary and Middle School College Planner

Take time with your children allowing them to share their dreams for the future. What would they love to do?
Remind them and verbally tell them how special they are and that you love them very much! They were born for a purpose, a plan, and a mission! They were born with special gifts and talents unique to them! They are going to pursue those gifts and talents to serve others.

With an organized plan and consistency teach your children character and the character qualities necessary for true success. As a guide use:  Achieving True Success – How to Build Character as a Family -  405-815-0001.

Encourage your children in their areas of interest.

Encourage your children to participate in extracurricular activities: sports, clubs, church, music, etc.

Complete and document community service as a family.

Plan as a family a community service project.

Organize a portfolio documenting community service activities, projects, awards, and extracurricular activities.

Begin a college savings plan at your local bank. Your son/daughter should contribute to this account, no matter how small the amount.

Visit colleges and universities to plant the seed.

Write plans and goals for the future together.

Assist your children to complete and apply for the grants, scholarships, and awards available to elementary and middle school students.
